Ivonne Palencia Querubín, who represents the Boston neighborhood and was declared winner of the local Cartagena beauty contest, on the day after her coronation is carried byher brother, Nelson Palencia, out of their family home in the Boston neighborhood, so she wouldn't get her outfit muddy.
