龟兔赛跑
白兔悠悠睡，
乌龟慢慢爬。
赛跑凭意志，
夺冠顶呱呱。
中英文诗也完全可以相通，以“郁金香”为题：
郁金香
白紫红黄四色袍，
自开自落自清高。
香飘万里迎宾客，
着意寻芳勿畏劳。
这是一首七绝，中间加上二联就成了七律：
郁金香
白紫红黄四色袍，
自开自落自清高。
风吹嫩蕊心无败，
雨打柔枝志不挠。
根度深冬求静趣，
花邀盛夏赶时髦。

Tulip
Dressed in the four colors:
White, purple, red and yellow.
The tulip blooms, falls, and elevates of itself.
Wind blows the tender corolla but soul remaining.
Rain beats the supple stem and its will to live is unyielding.
Throughout winter, the roots lay quietly.
The first bud invites summer to follow the trend of beauty.
Its scent spreads thousands of miles to welcome visitors.
“Folks, to glimpse the flower, do not fear the difficult journey.”
自己翻译成英文诗后，感觉还不错。实际上是中文思路的英文诗创作。
诗之间是可以相通的，且不受时间，国界和语言的限制，用其独特优美的形式表达出来。
